Hello all, it's been a while... how have you been?

Two important things happened to me this month. First, I finally gave in to the advances of technology and bought myself a digital camera, also known as my new toy. Second, I've just come back from a two-weeks trip to Israel to visit friends & family, do the whole tourist bit. It's such a beautiful country that it allowed the tourist / camera hog in me to come out.

So for the next little while, I'll be updating with the best pictures from my trip - or the least embarrassing ones, anyway. Advice and criticisms are welcome, but I don't have a lot of experience in photography, so please be kind.

The other good news is that after a summer of unemployment and shitty freelance work, I start a new full time job next week. Woo!
